This kimono is crafted from 100% Ramie, one of the world's oldest natural plant fibres.
Ramie comes from a flowering plant in the nettle family and has been treasured for centuries for its exceptional strength, softness, and breathability.
The fibres are carefully extracted from the plant, spun into yarn, and traditionally hand-woven into fabric by skilled artisans.
Because each piece is handmade, you may notice slight variations in texture and weave. These natural imperfections are part of its beauty and make every kimono truly one of a kind.
